I have been working in the building industry for 25 years now, self-employed for the last 4 years.

My duties have included domestic rewire of properties, fault finding, consumer replacement, sockets, lighting etc. and producing test certificates. I have also carried out maintenance of emergency lighting and conducting a portable appliance testing programme on various equipment.

I am qualified to 18th Edition Electrical Installations BS7671

As a member of NAPIT (National Association for Professional Inspectors and Testers), I can provide condition reports, new installation certificates, minor works certificates and notify works to building-control. I have the latest test equipment that conforms to Part P of the building regulations requirements and I have a full array of tools to assist in my daily duties. Installing new consumer boards, updating earthing, testing and certification.

I also install CCTV, wired/wireless alarm systems, underfloor heating, intercom systems and data communication including BT ethernet and internet.
